سومین جشنواره بین‌المللی ایران‌نما (دومین دوره قاب عکس ایران) با هدف ایجاد انگیزه در دانشجویان، شناسایی و معرفی عکاسان و هنرمندان فعال و کم‌تر شناخته شده و آشنایی مردم جهان با جاذبه‌ها، فرهنگ‌ها، هنر و آداب و رسوم ایران برگزار خواهد شد. یکی از مهم‌ترین منابع معرفی هر کشور تصاویر گرفته شده از آن است. از این رو توجه به این بخش می‌تواند گام مهمی در معرفی همه‌جانبه ایران عزیز باشد و با حمایت از عکس‌های دانشجویی و آثار هنری در قالب جشنواره‌ها می‌توان به غنای بیشتر این رشته‌ها و گرایش دانشجویان به هنر و ایران‌شناسی کمک کرد
The third International Festival of IRAN NAMA (the second period of Photo Frame of Iran) will be held with the aim of motivating students, introducing active and lesser-known photographers and artists, and acquainting the people of the world with attractions, cultures, arts and customs of Iran. One of the most important sources of introducing any country is the photos taken from it. Therefore, paying attention to this section can be an important step in the comprehensive introduction of Iran, by supporting works of art and photographs of students in the form of festivals, it is possible to help enrich these fields and students' tendency towards art and Iranology.

مجموعه‌هایی که تمایل به همکاری در جشنواره بین‌المللی ایران‌نما دارند (از جمله ارسال لوگو، معرفی استاد جهت هیئت داوران و دیگر حمایت‌های معنوی و مادی) می‌توانند از طریق پست الکترونیک جشنواره مراتب را به اطلاع برسانند
Cooperation
Those interested in cooperating with the jury members and the executive boards can send their resume to the e-mail of the festival.
Collections wishing to cooperate in the International Festival of IRAN NAMA (including sending the logo, introducing a professor as the jury member and other spiritual and material support) can inform the festival via e-mail.

Awards in Two Sections of Anthropology and Landscape
First persons: Certificate of the top rank, along with a cash prize of 150 $
Second persons: Certificate of the second rank, along with a cash prize of 100 $
Third persons: Certificate of the third rank, along with a cash prize of 50 $
The top 20 photos of each section will be unveiled in the festival
The top 20 photos of each section will be published in the book of the festival
The top 20 photos of each section will be published in different issues of the international and quadrilingual quarterly of FIFTAW

ارسال تصاویر جهت شرکت در جشنواره برای عموم رایگان است
در صورت راه یافتن آثار به بخش منتخب، هزینه چاپ و دیگر هزینه‌های پیش‌بینی نشده بر عهده شرکت‌کننده می‌باشد
Fee
Sending pictures to participate in the festival is free for everyone
In case of access to the selected section, printing costs and other unforeseen costs are the responsibility of the participant.

راهنمای ارسال آثار
از هنرمندان درخواست می‌شود تصاویر و فرم ثبت‌نام خود را به پست الکترونیک ارسال نمایند
هر عکاس می تواند در هر بخش حداکثر ۸ عکس ارسال کند. عکس‌ها می‌بایست در اندازه ضلع کوچک حداقل ۲۴۵۰ پیکسل ارسال شود. ویرایش عکس در حد اصلاح نور، رنگ و کراپ تا آنجایی مجاز است که به اصالت عکس خدشه‌ای وارد نکند. دبیرخانه جشنواره از پذیرش عکس‌های فتومونتاژ معذور است. عکس‌های ارسالی نباید دارای امضای عکاس، پاسپارتو، حاشیه، تاریخ، واترمارک، لوگو یا هر نشانه دیگری باشد. در صورتی‌که کیفیت آثار ارسالی برای چاپ در کتاب و نمایشگاه مناسب نباشد، و هنرمند اصل فایل با کیفیت بالاتر را ارئه نکند، عکس از جشنواره حذف خواهد شد. عکس‌ها باید دارای عنوان بوده و اطلاعات مربوط به زمان و مکان عکس‌برداری در هنگام ارسال در قسمت توضیحات درج گردد. از نظر فیفتاو ارسال‌کننده عکس مالک آن شناخته می‌شود و هرگونه مسئولیت ناشی از آن و پاسخگویی به پیامدهای حقوقی ناشی از آن با ارسال‌کننده خواهد بود. فیفتاو حق استفاده از عکس‌های پذیرفته شده را برای چاپ در کتاب، بروشور، انتشارات و موارد تبلیغاتی مربوط به جشنواره با ذکر نام عکاس برای خود محفوظ می‌دارد

Dear artists are requested to send their works and registration form to the e-mail.
Photos must be submitted in jpg format with a small side size of at least 2450 pixels. Photo editing at the level of light, color and crop is allowed as long as it does not damage the originality of the photo. The secretariat is exempt from accepting photomontage photos.
Submitted photos must not have the photographer's signature, border, date, watermark, logo or any other mark.
If the quality of the submitted works is not suitable for printing in the book and exhibition, and the artist does not present the original file in a higher quality, the photo will be removed from the festival.
Photos must be captioned and information about the time and place of the photo.
FIFTAW believes that the sender of the photo is known as the owner and any responsibility and the legal consequences will be with the sender. FIFTAW reserves the right to use the accepted photos for printing in the book, brochure, publication and promotional items related to the festival by mentioning the name of the photographer.
In case of access to the selected section, printing costs and other unforeseen costs are the responsibility of the participant.
